IEN Catering offers personalized catering services for individuals in California. Orders can be placed via:

- Email communication,
- Telephone orders.
Each order is confirmed individually and is subject to availability.
3. Ordering and Payment
3.1 Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive confirmation via email or phone. We reserve the right to decline any order if it cannot be fulfilled.
3.2 Payment Options
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/debit cards via secure payment gateway (Stripe/PayPal/etc.),
- Cash payment upon delivery or pickup.
All payments must be completed before the delivery unless otherwise agreed.
4. Delivery and Fulfillment
Orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout or order confirmation. Delivery time and terms are agreed upon individually. Any changes must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a 100% cancellation fee due to food preparation and scheduling.
- Refunds are issued only if the order is cancelled within the allowed timeframe or due to our fault (e.g. non-delivery).
6. Liability and Complaints
IEN Catering is responsible for the quality and safety of all prepared food at the time of delivery. If you experience any issues, please report them immediately upon delivery. We do not accept complaints made after food has been consumed or significantly altered.
