At IEN Catering, we are committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Due to the perishable nature of our products and the customized nature of our services, we have specific policies regarding refunds and returns.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Standard Orders: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or event will receive a full refund.
  • Short-Notice Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or event are non-refundable due to preparation and procurement costs.

3. Refunds for Quality Issues

If you experience any issues with the quality of our food or services, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, offer a full or partial refund. Supporting documentation, such as photographs, may be requested to facilitate the process.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Customized or special menu items
  • Orders canceled within 48 hours of delivery
  • Perishable goods that have been delivered and are not defective

5. Legal Compliance

In accordance with California Civil Code § 1723, our refund and return policies are clearly posted on our website and order forms. As our products are perishable and often customized, they are generally non-returnable.
